Class Format:
Lecture
Practical Hands-on Experience


Class Size
Class sizes may vary based on location and facility limitations.
If the specific class offering notes that space is limited this means you must contact the to confirm you have a seat in the class.
No exceptions will be made the day of each class.

Lunch
When noted with specific classes a lunch shall be provided.
Typically this consists of a basic cold lunch - deli meat sandwiches, chips, and assorted beverages.
Apologies as we can't accommodate individual dietary restrictions. Please take that into consideration when attending any of our classes.


Mandatory Class Requirements
Class attendees shall provide the following information as stipulated in RMPG class registration forms:
Full Legal Name
Valid Mailing Address
Valid Phone Number - Preferably a Cell Phone
Valid Email Address
Emergency Contact Name & Phone Number


PPE Requirements & Recommendations
For all classes offer by RMPG it's required that each participant must bring
safety glasses, a hard hat, hearing protection, and wear cotton clothing with long sleeves and long pants (turnout gear is acceptable).
Flame retardant layers and boots are recommended for the outdoor portion of the class.
Failure to bring the required PPE shall void your participation in the practical portions of any class offered by RMPG.
In that instance no refunds (full or partial) will be issued to the student if they fail to bring the appropriate PPE.


Payment Information

All classes shall require a predetermined deposit to secure the student's place in said class.
Individual class flyers shall indicate the required deposit amount.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Arrangements to redirect unused deposits to future classes may be arranged with the RMPG on a case by case basis at the discretion of the RMPG.

All payments must be received prior to 24hrs before a scheduled class.
RMPG will no longer accept payment in the field.

Any declined or bounced checks will be assessed a $100 fee and addressed with any necessary legal action at the discretion of the RMPG Board of Directors.

Payments may be sent to: RMPG Training - 9821 Melody Drive, Northglenn, CO 80260.

Payments received by RMPG are non-refundable. Sorry, you locked in a seat that can't be filled last second.
Arrangements to redirect unused payments to future classes may be arranged with the RMPG on a case by case basis at the discretion of the RMPG.
Those redirected funds may be subject to price increases based on when those funds are applied.

RMPG accepts business checks, cash, personal checks, and wire transfers only with prior notice given to RMPG.

RMPG does not accept credit cards, international wire transfers, PayPal, Venmo, or any other form of payment not explicitly noted above.


Other Requirements
RMPG highly recommends that you bring highlighters, paper, pen, pencil, and a clipboard or other hard writing surface for taking notes.
We don't always have tables during the classroom portions.
A water bottle is also recommended and anything else you feel you might need to be comfortable.


Waiver of Liability Hold Harmless Form
A hold harmless form, also known as a hold harmless agreement (HHA), is a legal contract that protects one or both parties from being held liable for injuries or property damage.

All participants, students, or bystanders accompanying class participants / students to any class site as designated by RMPG shall complete all mandatory waiver and HHA forms as provided with class registration forms to access classrooms, facilities, or other locations.

HHA shall be provided with each individual class flyer.


What to do in Preparation for an RMPG class?
Review class requirements.
Review RMPG website information, specifically all training web pages.
Read any and all available applicable support materials.
Have questions ready.
Have your PPE ready.
Be prepared for any / all weather conditions.
